 As a key output of the EGP-Guizhou project, ACEF and IVL published “How EU Environmental NGOs Make law work- A Handbook for Chinese Environmental NGOs.” The handbook is designed to serve as a reference for Chinese environmental NGOs. It provides background on how to use the EU ENGO experience, how to understand the EU models in depth, how to use courts and other means to strengthen environmental laws, and how China ENGOs can begin to use and build on the EU ENGO experience.
