On July 6, 2005, Li Hengyuan, Deputy Secretary-General of ACEF, was invited to the Simulation Session of China NGO Forum- The 58th Annual DPI/NGO Conference and delivered a speech entitled “Building a Harmonious Society for Sustainable Development”. Moreover, the first Jiuzhai Paradise International Environment Forum held by ACEF was identified as one of the celebration activities for the 60th anniversary of the founding of the UN. It was authorized to use the UN logo.
