Environmental Court & Environmental Public Interest and Litigation Delegation

Lv Keqin, Secretary General and Consultant of ACEF, led the China Environmental Court & Environmental Public Interest and Litigation delegation to visit Australia and New Zealand, and conducted inspections and exchanges on environmental legislation, judiciary, and practices regarding environmental public interest and litigation. They visited the Land and Environment Court of New South Wales, Queensland Planning and Environmental Court, and the Environmental Court of New Zealand, respectively, and participated in the hearings and discussions with members of the expert committee of judges. Besides, they visited NSW Environmental Protection Authority (EPA), Environmental Defender’s Office (EDO), environmental lawyers of law firms, Sydney University Law School and Australian Centre for Climate and Environmental Law and Auckland Law School.
