ACEF signed a project contract with UNDP on community energy conservation cooperation based on the Global Environment Facility (GEF) mechanism and subsequently launched the “Demonstration Project of Small Grant for Household Energy & Electricity Conservation and Emission Reduction”, which extensively mobilized community residents to save energy and electricity. Relevant baseline survey data was also collected, and the results were reported to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the relevant departments of Beijing.
