ACEF collaborated with the Energy Foundation to select projects across the country that effectively promoted the transformation of public behavior towards low-carbon consumption through funding and capacity building, and to improve the public communication and advocacy capacity of relevant organizations on low-carbon consumption. The programme’s first phase has inspired more than 1 million low-carbon consumption practices and nearly 300 tons of direct emission reduction. The second phase of the programme will continue to carry out nationwide project selection under the theme of low-carbon behavior.
