The Warsaw Climate Change Conference took place from 11-23 November 2013 in Poland. Ms. LI Lei, Officer of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of ACEF, participated in the 19^th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP19)  to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the ninth session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP 9) from 13-21 November 2013.

Ms. LI made a speech on how to motivate civil society organizations to address climate change all over the world on 15 November 2013, at the bilateral meeting of the China Pavilion.  (Please see the speech with the name “Cooperation of Civil Society Organizations to Address Climate Change”.)
